[ROM] Xperia1 GBX0A Gingerbread (18.04.11)-CWM

Gingerbread rom based on XDAndroid GBX0A with ClockworkMod support.

Ygge turbo kernel: PLEASE REGISTER TO SEE EXTERNAL LINKS

Kernels zips contains 4 files, copy them to the npkboot folder and overwrite haret.exe.

Instalation:
1. Place npkboot folder, update-X1.GBX0A.Gingerbread.18.04.11-CWM.zip and Gapps-X1.GBX0A.zip in root SDcard.
2. Run Haret.exe to launch ClockworkMod Recovery
3. Enter to: install zip from sd-card>choose zip from sdcard and select "update-X1.GBX0A.Gingerbread.18.04.11-CWM.zip". Confirm instalation.
4. In the same way install "Gapps-X1.GBX0A.zip" and choose: reboot system now.
5. Run HARET again and press any key (except Volume keys) to continue booting into Android.

sweet build. really get's faster the more you use it and together with latest cwm i didn't encounter anything not working. (still testing though)

got one very annoying bug:
after a few restarts sim-card isn't recognized anymore. no pin-unlock on start, phone always searching carrier without success, pin-settings are missing. tried turbo- and monster-kernel, that's not the cause. also makes no difference if i unlock sim in winmo or not before haret.
wiping user-data doesn't solve it, i have to format and reinstall.

anyone got a hint?
i'm quite certain i'm causing it, but with what?!

Try another build, if you have it with that too, than it is probably your mistake, if not than it is caused by the build..

yeah, looks like another build is the only choice for now. i'm not causing this.
it just happened again: set everything up from scratch and this time i had done nothing except setting the time. then while activating wlan -> phone restarted by itself -> no more sim-unlock.

wlan never caused a restart until now, i guess that's just a coincidence. but something happened which the system (phone-process?) didn't like.

it's a shame though - liked this build the best of all cwm-builds. (not that there are that many public by now, the cool stuff appears to be happening in donator-section... ^^)

well, it's been time to look at android again... just feels strange being a complete n00b again. (never thought i'd ever say this, but: i miss the registry...)
jap, cwm 1.5. switched to your froyo-build for now - even faster, but there other stuff doesn't work which was working fine here and vice versa. (sms, market really slow and unstable,...) but i'll keep that in the other thread later tonight.

Last night i downloaded both Gingerbread and HoneyComb Rom..

I tried first to install gingerbread did as i was told but with no success..

when i go to haret and install the zip files and trying to continue it freezes i mean stops at step 4..

than i have to reboot again and again and still doesn't even lets me to get into android start...

but i didn't have the same problem with HoneyComb..

i don't know what is the problem or where do i make my mistake hope to get some explanation from you and let me know..

like i have npkroot on sdcard -- zip files both gingerbread on sdcard root.

and it doesnt allow me.. what do i need to do..

if you had saobang's honeycomb-build running, i don't see why this build doesn't run. they both use clockwork-mod, you just use another zip. or are you talking about another, older honeycomb-build using fat32/ext2? then you have to read up on new clockwork-mod and how to set it up. (link is in first post)

normally, if haret.exe hangs and you have to reboot your phone it means that you're overclocking in win mobile - haret doesn't like that.

you see, i'm just a newbie as well, no need to send me pm's. ^^ better ask the devs, and in public, so that others may profit from the answers as well.

But I do not understand realize everything what he says but when I initiate the haret I touch volume below and nothing happens and with
Other rom the haret initiates and says something as launch to script file (I have done all good the partitions everything I do not understand)

Well, this build works well for me quite fast(except animations so - off) even market, gmail works, so far only BT doesn't work(crash) but i don't use it anyway so far so good!
using turbo kernel, cwm 1.5, launcher pro

i read again what you said, maybe you are not presing the vol down at the right moment?
try running haret in npkboot and clicking vol down like crazy until you go into CWM, it works even like that on my phone

If friend looks what happens punctually it is that not since entering the cwm I do not manage to enter beginning the haret and to support volume below and the phone one does not happen at all I restart
